Through mirroring the movements of nature, QiGong heightens our awareness of the natural beauty around us. It calms the mind and brings us into the present moment.

Julie says about QiGong: “I think of my life as ‘before’ QiGong and ‘after’ Qigong. My daily practice continues to calm my heart, open my mind and enhance my experience of being human. I hope you’ll join me for QiGong.”

I love Julie’s QiGong classes! I had never heard of QiGong until I’d asked her what it was. It has been such a blessing in so many ways! Her classes leave me feeling spiritually, mentally and physically uplifted! QiGong is the perfect complement to my yoga practice. Even when I was a QiGong newbie, I never felt awkward. QiGong is the answer - it has opened up my lungs. Julie is a an exceptional teacher.

What a difference QiGong has made in my life.  I’m so grateful for Julie bringing this healing practice to me when it was most needed.  I was diagnosed with Idiopatic Pulmonary Fibirosis, a progressive chronic lung disease 3 years ago.  Since there isn’t a cure, the best treatment plan includes a consistent exercise program.  QiGong is the answer – it has opened up my lungs.

Over the past seven months, I keep feeling better.  I find that QiGong maximizes my energy.  It also brings a deep sense of calm, while relieving tension in my upper body.   Julie provides clear directions that has made QiGong easy, simple and fun to learn.  She is an exceptional teacher.   The more I practice QiGong, the more noticeable  the improvement in my energy level is.  As I focus on my breath and each movement, it brings me greater emotional balance.  QiGong is life.  Making Every Breath Count !

The proof I need is the benefit I experience – better sleep, less stress-reaction.

I think of QiGong as a moving meditation. It was recommended to me as a way to “move” me out of my head (overthinking) and into my body. In the beginning I questioned the narrative. I wanted proof and evidence for everything. The proof I need is the benefit I experience — better sleep, less stress-reaction to the bad stuff and more attention to the present. As a dancer I enjoy the graceful flowing movements. I’m grateful to have found this practice with such an inspiring teacher.
