There is a place for you in this community of women where together we explore life, ask questions that have no answers, find our depth and experience our lightness of being. We listen and share; inspire and encourage; laugh a lot, cry some and live out loud.

Aging is our next frontier.  It is a physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual journey and can really only take place from the inside out.  Because this is the first time in history we have lived this long, there is no map or guidebook.  So it is up to us to ‘age out loud’ – to talk and laugh and cry and listen and learn.

Women Aging Honestly is an opportunity to be part of an in-person group of up to six women where we will ‘lay our cards on the table.’  We will take time to bring into the light our inner ageism, our fears, our regrets, our expectations, our desires, our creativity and our goodness.

We will use several contemporary texts to focus our attention and guide our practice.

I hope you will join us for this deep dive into Women Aging Honestly.

A six-month commitment to the group is required and at six months everyone can assess for themselves whether they want to continue at that time.

The cost of the group is $140 per month paid at the first of the month.

There are two classes. One meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month and the other on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.

Our current groups are full. Please click here to add your name to the waiting list for the next Women Aging Honestly Group.

She creates a special space in her book club and women’s groups where one’s spirit can flourish.

Julie’s influence on my life has been significant.  She creates a special space in her book groups and women’s groups where one’s spirit can flourish.  I’ve experienced a growing acceptance of life as it is, rather than how I think it ought to be.  And what relief it is to recognize and release my unproductive and judgmental “stories” about myself and how I rate as a mother, daughter, wife, human being!
